Why was my credit card denied?
It’s most likely because your billing address on our checkout form does not match the address where your credit card company sends your bill. If you have moved or want your merchandise shipped to a different address, please enter your new address in the shipping address and the address the credit card company sends your bill in the billing address. If not, you will experience delays and your order may be denied. If you have problems with a military address, please contact us by phone at (661) 823-6143.
